I had the pleasure of being served by Charlotte at the express cash today.nShe greeted every single customer with a smile and was especially helpful to me in procuring a butterball turkey.nnIn an era where customer service no longer exists,,,management should be grateful for her.nnTruly appreciated.
They have good prices and although they don't many they do have nice selection of vegan items for people. Here's hoping for more options
Poor service. Young people who work there don't acknowledge the customer too bust looking at their cell phone or talking.
15h00: I was next to pass at the cash. 2 people on line i kindly respected their turn on line and a staff whinning that i had to line up again because i was to close to a cash..bad mood...very rude... no respect, complains as if client where kids from preschool. Very disappointed at the bad service. There is no indications where to wait... what ? people are supposed to guess? Very unpleasant...
Spent 20 minutes here just returning bottles and buying a single case of beer.nCouldn't even return my plastic bottles, as they were not able to reset the compactor in the time I was there.nMy time spent was not worth the $2 I saved on my purchase.
