This was the first time staying here, the location is off of the main highway but easy to find/get to. Overall the location is clean, tidy and well kept. Reception service was quick and efficient and the room was very good. Beds were comfortable. I am a bit picky with the morning breakfast and I would have liked to see a bit more offered. Having said that, everyone who wishes to stay, should!
We got in very late, the front desk was kind and helpful. The room was clean and the front desk sent up more towels, which was awesome. the morning front desk was accommodating in us checking out late. Hard to reach outlets to charge cells, other then that, We would stay again.
Upon a rival every seemed to be a normal check in front desk lady was very welcoming and knew the area well, then she had to make sure that the room she was checking us into was clean but it wasnt there so she knocked on the manager door and asked if she had taken the housekeeping paper to update the system witch she was, i was very happy she was Confirming, it was clean.nnThen things changed when the manager came out of the office.. she was asking why we were staying at a hotel if we lived close by... what do you mean? She said yea that's what I'm trying to figure out... i had told her i live by grande prairie and we've been making this drive for a week and wanted to sleep a bit more.. she then got us to fill out paper work and the lovely front desk lady got us our room cards and we went up stairs to our room it was clean, beds are ok, shower pressure wasn't bad and the soaps were not bad.nnI wanted to go to the pool and asked if I could use the towels and bring them back... no was not allowed I had to go buy towels.nThe pool doesn't have towels ether.nnThe free breakfast hahaha yea... that's a joke! It is by far one of the worst I have ever had! The muffin were at least not bad Definitely made from a box, no eggs, the hash browns are pretty sure warmed up in the Microwave just soggy, didn't try the waffle maker but looked alright and the Only meat there is the sausages and they're pretty good but get them well you can cuz they only make so much.. had to ask staff if they could make more.. but I had to go to work.nnAll in all I would not stay here again, but Very friendly and accommodating front desk staff.
Look how disgusting this shower looks. I can see why they have a bathmat in there, to cover up the peeling falling apart floor of the tub. And there’s pieces of other people’s hair under the mat. It’s all wet too so I’m assuming it hasn’t had a chance to dry since the last person that used it. Obviously the shower hasn’t been cleaned considering there’s hair all over. Disgusting . Guess I ain’t having a shower tonight.
Very kind and helpful staff also a nice clean environment. I am I’m impressed with this motel and would highly recommend staying here.
