The place was clean and comfortable. The pool was nice and my 4 year old could stand in the shallow end. The breakfast was pretty standard fare. I did appreciate the king size beds.

Room rate was affordable. Entire hotel was very clean, especially the newly remodeled rooms. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that there was not a chemical smell or synthetic fragrance in the hotel room. We seldom stay at hotels because many of them stink of chemicals or synthetic air fresheners that give us headaches and aggravate medical conditions. The amenities are very nice and the hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The other guests were friendly too! The only improvement suggestion we have is to upgrade the continental breakfast. Switch out the pre-packaged pastries with freshly made local pastries (support local businesses), check the fruit daily - we couldn’t find an apple that wasn’t rotten, and maybe offer organic options for oatmeal, yogurt, etc... I would definitely stay here again.

Very poor unfortunately. Very narrow minded and judgmental i felt. I am stating this more towards the owner and Sheri. Profiling and discriminating doesn't make for great reviews. My mother asks i were displaced due to a tragic house fire for approximately two months. Fortunately Red Cross put us into the hotel initially...Thank God. A truly uncomfortable stay through and through. Lots of negatives but there were some good people and times. Jason from 3rd shift is the man! Always smiling and willing to go way above and beyond. Thanks buddy. Lee was very courteous and thoughtful as well. You haven't changed much since school and you were very pleasant even then. Um... Sonya in housekeeping was extremely outgoing and kind as well. Thank you. The treatment was so unpleasant at times that i had chosen to spend most of my time and nights in our house that burned which was totalled due to the damage sustained. It was so bad that in order to enter our home a breathing apparatus was needed for safety! Yet i stayed for several days at a time rather than go and be subjected to how most of the staff did. So my advice is to find a different hotel. :(

No large meeting space for groups to meet/ kids to play. Continental breakfast was yogurt, hard boiled eggs, bruised fruit, and waffles. Being gluten-free, we had very few options. Management was rude when another family had an issue with their door and someone has pooped in the pool, so that was not an option for the kids either. We were not given the room we requested and switching meant moving floors and not being with the rest of our group. WiFi continuously disconnected for no apparent reason. Also, the manager showed up after 11pm to fix a problem they caused and was rude to a family in our party. While he was trying to make nice with the rest of us after, his wife was parked in the front of the hotel honking because she wanted to go home. Our room was right above the entrance and the noise woke my husband.
