Super 8 Salmon

Some of the nicest hotel staff I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Great atmosphere and a full conventional breakfast which really hits the spot after camp food. Overall great experience and definitely worth the price. 💗

"Manager Rachel" provides VERY POOR customer service. I called 7.2.17 and spoke to Jacquie about something that inadvertently was left in my hotel room. She confirmed it was found and stated that the manager would call me once she came into work 7.3.17 to coordinate mailing the item to me. I have all of this phone call and its details recorded. No such call was ever received. So, I called the hotel 7.5.17 and reached "Rachel, 'The Manager'". What then followed was one of the worst customer service experiences I've experienced. She proceeded to tell me (with quite a bit of sassy attitude, and in spite of the fact that I have a date and time stamped recording of the call): -"You couldn't have spoken to Jacquie, she didn't work Sunday." -"No pants were ever left, you're mistaken that we ever had them." -"Besides, Jacquie no longer works here, so I don't know what to tell you." When I asked for the contact info of her superior to file a complaint due to her very poor customer service and bad attitude, she said "why would you file a complaint against me, & besides, above knee are the owners, and it's policy to not let you contact them, even for complaints." Rachel is a very poor representative of what "customer service" is, but a great example of sassy attitude.

My wife and i were driving thru salmon and desperately needed to use a restroom. The overnight attendant was amazingly kind amd allowed us to use the facilities when nothing else around was open. Her kindness would definitely make us want to stay there

This is a very nice place very comfortable and reasonably priced I suggested it as a place to stay

Always stay here when working in, and around Salmon Idaho.. clean, nice and quiet and spectacular views..
