Stayed there last summer. Very rude people. The lobby reeked of what ever they were cooking in their own rooms. When we arrived the lady was having a shouting match with some poor guy who had obviously worked all day outdoors and was just getting back to the motel. He packed up and left. Then she was rude to us and we had just gotten there! Shouldn't people who work with the public be hospitable?

This place is a joke. We got a phone call from the manager this morning saying that the card was declined. I put money on the card,problem solved. We get to Orange City to check in, and the other manager says she needs our card again. I tried telling her that the should have been paid for already bit it actually shouldn't have until I got here. Then the lady manager proceeds to try telling us that booking. com took the money. When it clearly states that they don't charge any gold fees, or any other fees. Then the man behind had called me earlier finally comes out from the back. The talk in they're own language and then tell me too sign the sheet. And then she hands me the cards for our room. If it wasn't for it being homecoming and parents weekend. I probably would have just went somewhere else. But for one night, we will get through it all with God.

Three of us checked in on June 10, 2017, for three separate rooms. The desk clerk for all three of us was not interested in her guests. She talked on the phone the entire time. It was not a business call. If there was a question, we had to guess what she wanted. She needs to be professional and welcome the guests. Worst checkin service that I have had in many years. Otherwise , the motel was fine.

Listed as a pet hotel in Google maps and on Google itself, but do not allow cats. Don't waste your time stopping here if you have cats.
