There were ants in both of rooms on floor 3. The carpets are filthy looking, stained, etc.. the sinks do not drain properly. They did move us to different rooms, because we couldn't leave to another hotel. Customer service is fine, the ladies can't do much due to how bad this place is, not their responsibility. The sheets, towels were clean and the beds were comfortable at least.

Stayed with them for almost a month on a worktrip, never once did i have an issue. The absolutely lovely staff here make up for the state of the hotel. I was constantly checking out late or early due to travel on my weekends and they always accomadated me and even had a place for my belongings if they were busy. Always kind and ready to help the guest

Room was clean & service was just ok, and that’s about all the positives I can leave. Bed was like sleeping on plywood. Surrounding guests were loud all throughout the night. The free continental breakfast was a joke. Be prepared to walk up stairs as there is no elevator. Not recommended at all for the price.

Helped me when I needed it most. I am just one of many people that owe a debt of gratitude for the compassion shown by the good people who work here. I have spent one week here, and during that time I have had the joy of witnessing that compassion and willingness to do everything they can to provide much needed support to those who need it most.nnAll of the staff members have been so kind and pleasant, but Sabrina at the front desk was my first point of contact and it only took a few moments to realize she was sincerely empathetic to my situation and I was in good hands.

Not pleased with noise insulation, I could hear my neighbor snoring!!!nI don't recommend the kitchenette room, you'll get smell from other rooms as well.
