I stayed here on a trip around Alberta and had the best experience in this hotel out of all the places I stayed. staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to help us with our issue. Swimming pool and water slide were a blast. Easy access to washing machine and drier, free breakfast and free popcorn in the lobby from a popcorn machine my son thought was great! Next time we go to drumheller we will definitely stay here. Great value great experience.

We stayed here for hockey provincials this past weekend. We did not have a choice of where to stay, our rooms were blocked off for us by the provincial committee. The rooms were clean enough but small when you have hockey equipment with you. As they were short staffed, one gal was very rude to our team. Most hotels will allow the kitchen to be used as a gathering space, we were quiet, didn't make a mess and weren't bothering anyone.We were asked to leave. When we did try to have a team meal for the kids in the breakfast area, the gal lost it on us and just started yelling and our team ,parents and kids. They suggested we go down the hall to a carpeted area so the kids could eat on couches!?! I'm not sure why they wouldn't want to keep food on a tiled floor and would rather we all cram in a small seating area where we were in the way of an elevator and other guests coming into the building. We have stayed in many hotels for hockey, we will not be returning to this one! They are not very accommodating to sport teams! On that note, Sarah was very polite.

Clean and well maintained facility's. Very extensive continental breakfast. Everything from waffles, cereal, fruit, yogurt and bagels. The gym facility is what you would expect in a smaller hotel but they have 3 cardio machines, universal gym and some free weights. Front desk staff all seemed to be in slightly different pages when you asked them the same question. Friendly staff.

Staff is amazing. We extended our stay because it was so great. Special treat is the popcorn they make in the lobby.

Super 8 has friendly staff. Good location close to restaurants shopping and pubs. Quite enjoyed our stay.
