We checked in to the hotel and went up to our room, no elevator. Was getting settled and wanted to lay down, realized there was hair on the bed sheets and pillows. Went down to the front desk to ask them to change the sheets and they said they would. We left hotel for a couple hours and when we came back the sheets were still not changed they just remade the bed with the same sheets. By that time is was 11pm and we just wanted to lay down, went back to the front desk to complain again and they gave us new sheets to put on ourselves. The sheets they gave us were 2 fitted sheets so we slept with those. Also went to shower the next morning and there was hair in the shower. Front desk not helpful and wouldn’t recommend staying here. Smells like cigarette smoke as most rooms are smoking rooms.
scammersnBe aware of this slum motel which running a huge scam in Toronto! Do not waste your money here! Kingston road branch is purely packed with nasty scammers! They do not have a pool / television/ or good management! Such a cheap and slum service
Room was clean but obviously in need of remodeling. Can't check in early, not even 30 minutes. When it is time to check in, takes 20 minutes.nnFree breakfast was a joke. Cold cereal, juice, coffee, some fruit, and single waffle maker. Combine that with how small the space is, it's miserable. Not worth the cost of staying here.
Room was clean yes, but there were bed bugs on both beds in room 301, I got bit numerous times throughout both nights we stayed at this hotel. My mother's handicapped and the manager still ended up giving us a room all the way up on the 3rd floor. The ice maker is caked with black mold. The managers don't care about their customers. There was a lamp beside one bed that wasn't even plugged in because the only outlets on the wall with the beds was up on the light fixture. My family and I will no longer stay at a super 8 if all of them are exactly like the one we stayed in. The price was atrocious for a single room with 2 beds, paid almost $500 for the room. Highly would never recommend this hotel to anyone else due to the bed bugs.
Nice and clean room. Delicious breakfast specifically kids liked waffles very much. We did enjoyed a lots with family. Reasonable price. Location is also good.
