My experience for my 3 month stay was great. My experience with the staff was nothing more than outstanding. I was in need of first aid, receptionist was quick to help and tended to me without question. Pool and hot, is just that a pool and hot tub. Charlene, the building manager was an absolute pleasure and accommodating. It's an older building, they out lots of work into it and it's ongoing, the location is amazing everything you need is with in walking distance. Marlene the manage of house keeping was an absolute pleasure as well. I felt very comfortable through my stay. Thanks super 8
The room was great. Quiet, large with a couch. The breakfasts were good except I just wish they had scrambled eggs instead of cold, hard boiled. The pool and hot tub were great too. We often had them to ourselves. And while we didn't have our dogs with us on this trip, we appreciate that this is a pet friendly hotel.
For the most part not a bad hotel. But the one front desk lady is a “Karen” and likes to power trip. The breakfast is maybe one of the worst I’ve had. Pillows are alright and bed is good. Would not recommend it unless it’s as cheap or a price as it’s worth.
I will not stay here again. I was out in a room in a separate structure in the back parking lot with only the bottom floor finished being constructed. Birds were nesting in the unfinished overhang. Loud trains passed by day and night. No sound barrier to them at all. No concerns with the staff - they did their jobs well. But the building needs major work.
A very average hotel. Pro was the good bed. Con was a rather abrupt, not very courteous front staff and not being allowed to bring any of the continental breakfast back to the room 'because no one brings any plates back'? Its dated and has weatherworn renovations, but at least they allow pets.
