Well we just bought our first RV and went from Victoria to Courtenay for the purchase. We were treated VERY well by all at SunWest RV. Brooke took us aside and helped us through our paper work and was a total treat to be around. Rik was our salesperson and we could NOT be happier. He was super polite and knows his stuff. He walked us through the entire unit. There was also a very pretty blonde lady there NIKKI who could have easily sold me ANYTHING on the lot hahahaha if not for my wife being there with me. With all being said and done, even though we are only on our first day with our unit we are extremely pleased with our experience thus far. From first contact via email two weeks ago to now.

Had a great experience with sales staff , Gary and sales manager Kevin . They both went to great lenghts to insure we were happy and satisfied with our purchase of our 2012 class a coachmen motorhome .We would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family who are looking to purchase their new rv .

Helpful staff and reasonable prices on the couple small parts I needed. -To be fare, it was during a sale but all the same.

Can't say enough good things about Sunwest and their service. My wife and I bought a new 2017 Arctic Fox travel trailer there. When you buy new sometimes there are a few bugs to work out. They warned us this may happen, but when it did I was a little nervous. GREAT customer service and quick. Had a problem with the stabilizer jack and they were there within the hour with temporary ones. They ordered new ones and brought them out and installed them right away. It's rare to see a business with customer service levels like this. They have a loyal customer in us and I recommend them to anyone looking to purchase an RV.

Needed parts for my hot water tank and fridge. Prices were out of this world. When I mentioned that I had 'Googled' what I needed on Amazon and why were their prices so extremely different I was basically told to leave and buy from Amazon. So I did....
