We had a problem with our Sentry Safe that we had purchased from Costco this afternoon. The handle came off when we tried to unlock the safe! I called Sunvalley Locksmiths and spoke with John Sutton. It is Sunday; but, John offered to come out right away. While I was talking to John on the phone, my husband was able to open the safe by jamming the handle back in place. John had us photograph the safe door and handle mechanism and over the phone he was able to explain to us that a clip was missing from the back of the handle. We found the clip and now the handle seems to be working properly. However, we are going to return the safe as we don't want that to happen again. John was courteous, professional and solved our problem! Thank you so much John! We will be in to your store to look for a better quality safe!

When I got locked out of work, I called and john was there within minutes, and only took a few minutes to pick the lock for me. I was very happy with his service, he was very quick and friendly. I would highly recommend them.

Sunvalley Locksmiths are the best in Kelowna hands down!! These incredibly helpful sweethearts saved me hundreds of dollars! My car's ignition wouldn't budge and other places quoted me over $500 to fix my ignition. The great guys at Sunvalley informed me it could be a bad key. A new key fixed it super quickly for $50! Thank you again for the help! Can't say enough good things about this honest company 💞

We have used this business several times. Our experience with John and Brandon has been great. They were both very helpful and professional. When my Emtek lock malfunctioned, John spent a long time on the phone trying to fix it. They are now installing a new one, free of charge. Definitely will recommend them to friends.

Ryan was officially my Friday night hero! When our studio door lock got stuck just moments before classes were scheduled to start he went above and beyond in making sure that we got in. Even when his on call guys were busy! Time for a visit to the store for a new lock me thinks. Thanks guys!
