My husband dropped off clothes to be dry cleaned for a wedding we were attending, but was told that they send their dry cleaning away and that she would steam my dress and iron his shirt at her home as there was no time to have my dress dry cleaned. When I picked them up, I saw my dress was ruined as she had ironed the rayon top, and it melted the material. The label says not to iron it (which is why my husband found a dry cleaner in town and got it steamed for me and the reason I didn't just press it at home) and she would not compensate me for a new dress, which I showed her exactly how much I paid on the le Chateau website. She not only ruined a $200 dress, but was rude and took no accountability for her mistake.
