Float Sechelt is one of the best Float facilities I have been two. They use standard pods but they are integrated into the flooring for a better post float experience. The shower is in your room and on open space tile as soon as you step out. The entrance is standard retail and the owners dabble in a custom tea shop we were offered samples of tea both before and after. The area is clean and welcoming. When you walk to the pods the hallways are still clean, though their are bags of salt lined up all along the walls like temporary dikes in a flood. The rooms are very quiet even before entering the pod. They will give you a float pillow for your neck if you experience neck pain while floating. The float itself is delightful, and you have confidence entering the pod after they explain their multiple washes between clients session. They have nice robes for you to make your way to a change room when you are finished. Pricing is very decent. Parking was limited on the street, or free parking on residential areas around the shop.

I love floating at Float Sechelt. Brenda & Kari are amazing owners.It always helps relieve tension and pain caused from inflammation. I suffer from Lupus and find that it gives me 90mins of bliss. I especially like starting my day with a float to set me on the right track!!

I loved my float! It took awhile for me to unwind, but eventually I could really feel the tension releasing from my shoulders and neck. I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep and came out of the tank feeling calmer than I have in a long time. I wish I had been around town long enough for a few more visits! Will certainly be going back next time I'm on the Sunshine Coast.
