The hotel is fantastic, rooms are kept clean daily. The staff are very friendly and professional. Bhavini at the front desk made each and every morning a sparkling ray of sunshine with her positive attitude and bubbly personality. 10/10 will definitely be returning to this location whenever possible.
Nice clean rooms but...nThere was only 1 staff member who would even talk or acknowledge you. ,actually quite friendly The manager just looks miserable and just stares at guests. There were other staff or family members who wouldn't even greet or say hi. Yes I said hello with no response The breakfast is horrible . Poor coffee , warm sour milk and empty food trays sum it up . With a little effort this could be a rather nice place to stay . If you need a clean place to sleep I would recommend this place . As far as a warm welcoming hotel with a standard hotel breakfast, not here
Very polite friendly staff, nothing short of awesome and understanding! Newly renovated rooms are amazing as well!! And I love that they had the AC going before we checked in, nothing like walking into a nice cool room and check in eas a breeze too!nWe've had the ladies who are cleaning the rooms, clean our room very nicely and were understanding of my children's messes, I clean for the most part but they had no problem coming and doing a sweep and mop, extra pillows! The front staff gave us some bowls for our room, todays morning staff was about to close the complimentary breakfast but my youngest decided she did want toast after saying no 100 times, and he let us come in and make some toast and told us to take our time.soo very appreciated, i would of had a crying toddler on my hands if he chose to say no and stick to their set time Super polite very friendly and clean! Not crazy loud either, other then my bunch but no one has complained or been rude. I would 100% book here again I love walking around and being greeted with smiles and hellos, from staff and guests
The room service is very good but on the other hand, the self-serve breakfast has a lot to improve since things run out and they don't serve them again. Sometimes I can't get anything from the dining room and no one changes the bags in the machine today. cakes
The renovated side is the best part to stay in. Would not recommend the other building.nService can be poor. Have noticed that not all guests are treated the same.nLocation is good. Hotel is close to Giant Tiger, Tim Horton’s, Dairy Queen, Forest Inn bar and Grill, Wellington Centre and Pelican Sandwich Co.nWalking path is close by and easily accessible.
