I never thought I'd ever fall in love again but Sherrie has me loving the Sunset Grill Experience! She is a next level server and I always leave full and with a smile!! Infact the entire team there has never let me down! The sausages are a nice escape from this grim world and with the fast coffee refills I'll be wired enough to take it on! Thanks again and I'm looking forward to my next visit
My husband and I came here for the first time last week. He ordered eggs, bacon, homefries and toast and I got the French toast with bacon. We both had the fresh grapefruit juice with it. We both loved the fresh juice, my husband enjoyed his whole meal for the most part. I thought the French toast was fine, but I've had fluffier french toast with more or a carmelization at some other places. I still thought they good as far as french toast goes though. My biggest issue was the bacon. Not crispy at all, covered in grease for both of us. There was so much grease there was a puddle on both our plates. I really dislike undercooked bacon and a lot of it was chewy fat. I do appreciate that they try to use organic ingredients when possible and use healthier cooking methods. Price was also fair. The service was great. The atmosphere was a bit too tight. Tables are very close together creating a very loud atmosphere leaving very little room around you. Overall if you're eating here definitely ask for your bacon to be extra crispy, otherwise it will be very fatty. You may need to dab it with your paper towel to avoid a puddle of oil on your plate when you receive it. Everything else I thought was good and as expected at a good price. You'll get a fancier more flavourful breakfast at symposium with more space and privacy, but for the price difference I would go here again.
It was delicious, and our server was awesome! She only works Wednesday and Saturday. I live in Bradford, and it's worth the drive just to sit in her section. She deserves a raise. Thanks
Attention folks with handicaps: Our go-to place near WalMart in Keswick for a mid-day meal. Great food, great staff. My wife is handicapped and uses a walker or wheelchair. The entrance door and foyer door are not automatic, but they are navigable and staff are ultra helpful. Been there about 4 times now, never disappointed.
I got the Eggs Florentine, which was awesome!!! This is the go to place in keswick for breakfast. The food is always the perfectly cooked here. Service is fast, staff are very friendly. Their three eggs and Turkey bacon was also good and their coffee was fresh. We didn't have to wait in line to get a table and their staff greeted us instantly as we stepped into the restaurant.
The restaurant was very clean, restrooms were clean, plenty of parking, food was hot and served perfectly to my liking but the BEST part of the dining experience came from the welcoming, well mannered, knowledgeable, helpful and kind waitress, Sandra. So attentive to her customers without being over bearing. Actually, all the staff at this location seemed awesome but our personal experience was with Sandra. Although we're not living in the Keswick area, we'd gladly go back for the great service. We left in a great mood as her positive energy was contagious!
Sunset grill is always a sure bet in all the times I've been, its never disappointing. Service is always fantastic too Vegetarian options: My friend really likes the southwest vege hash, and there's avocado toast for sure, there are other options too
If I could give 0 stars I would. I came here for breakfast and the food looked delicious. However, around 20 minutes in, I had bad stomach pains. I went to the bathroom and threw up. Needless to say, it was a traumatic experience and I will not be coming back ever again.
Service was fantastic at this location. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. I walked in and got seated immediately. I was exceptionally impressed on how short the wait time was. On top of that, food was amazing, mouth-watering, delicious, and the PERFECT way to start my morning. Will definitely be eating here again!
Great place to come with kids. Even though the hotel was full and there was only one waitress serving all the tables, we never felt that our service was late. Ordered blueberry pancakes and fruit waffle, both were fine. Friendly staff and good portion sizes. .
