Best breakfast I’ve had in a while! Absolutely delicious bacon, so crispy! The pancakes were great as well. The best part about this location is Marlene however. She is the best server I have ever had and literally made my entire day. Thank you so much for a wonderful time, prompt service and a great chat. You are amazing.
Had the opportunity to have a late breakfast here with my sister. The service was prompt and professional and the food was very good. I had 3 eggs sunnyside up w/bacon and toast. The meal was fantastic and portion size nice. The bacon strips are very large which is a extra bonus.Food: 5/5
The food was horrible to say the least …the home fries literally tasted like cardboard I couldn’t eat them, the ketchup was an odd colour …bacon was over cooked..food was not even warm …the service was no better we had to literally chase down the server…it appeared he had no interest in doing his job and as if he did us a favour showing up to work today ….My grandson had to use the washroom it was disgusting how dirty it was. We will not be going back to this restaurant!
Tried this out for the first time today; and it was okay. Food was okay in my opinion. The waitress was much more friendly and nice than my actual waiter. He seemed like he just didn’t want to be there and it showed.
Got take out via uber eats to an event..no cutlery at all. Called to give them some feed back so that maybe they can change this as there's no option on uber eats. The guy that answered the phone was so rude and hostile. Said it's on there... I have 3 people look also. We couldn't eat any of it as we have nothing to eat it with and it wasn't something we could use our hands for. Also I got the salmon on a bagle.... I could have eaten that but it was fully deconstructed and the cream cheese was Ina container so couldn't out that on mine either. So 70$ down the toliet as we couldn't eat it at all. I am more upset about the additive of the owner when someone was trying to help them. The customer service from him was aweful. I will never go there again

Owner is useless and looks confused. Only thing he knows to work is the cash register. Doesn’t know how to run a restaurant or his staff. Only saw a couple of hard working staff while the rest take advantage and the owner is clueless. Poorly run restaurant
The staff is super friendly here. The food is always cooked nicely and quickly. Not too busy either.
I have been eating here for years and generally the food is pretty good. There have been a few times where I got rotten fruit with my order, however the waitress replaced it after I showed her. I find their French toast to be very dry ordered it on 5-6 separate occasions, so I would not recommend that. I got take out from here twice and I would not recommend it. It is best to dine in!
i had been to sunset grill bradford many times and had wonderful service. today was the best service i’ve had in many years of eating here. marlene was our server and she greeted us warmly and made sure we were taken care of. we revived our meals and they were delicious. the time had come to pack up our left overs and pay. while she was dropping off the receipt, i was trying to be helpful and clear the table, but in doing so, i had dropped my leftovers container and it had opened on the ground leaving a mess. i apologize profusely and they assure me it is okay and that they will clean it up i obviously didn’t let them because it was my fault and mess. i apologize once more and she returns with a replacement of the food i dropped. my mother and i had a wonderful time, all the staff were great, marlene especially :
