The park is great, the location is amazing to watch the sunsets. They have bathrooms there so is a good place to spent the day and have this facility really close. Another good thing about this park is that you can cross direct to Granville from here so you can enjoy the day in both places. I highly recommend taking a walk on this beautiful park.
This is a really great beach. It brings home this European sense of ease and openness. And it’s right in the city! The views are lovely Tho I do wish there were less shipping barges on the water. There is a lot of room to chill on a blanket on the sand, the lawn, or the big beautiful pieces of driftwood that float in. There are restaurants and bars near by adding to the fun and flair of this area especially on a sunny day.
The best place to enjoy if the Sun is out. Always a bit crowded though. Finding parking could be a challenge. But the view of the sunset, Granville market, nearby eating joints and fresh air make the visit worthwhile every time.
It was a sunny day and fun at beach. But busses was super late and i had to stay there for 1 hour to wait for bus. But beach was amazing and views are gorgeous.
One of my favourite places in town for walk, watching sunset or even some activity in a crazy snowy day. Sunset beach never disappoints me with its beauty.
Sweet little beach its got many things ,seasonal concession stand , washrooms, flase creek ferry ride, dog beach , human beach , park space , aquatic pool/gym center , volleyball area , the Vancouver barge , hockey area , bike paths ,walking paths . Its north side location and between English bay and flase creek and in west end neighborhood and burrard street bridge nearby
Beautiful little beach on the south side of downtown, aptly named as it is a great spot to watch the sunset, weird, right? Close to things but far enough away it can be peaceful sometimes.
The tides seem lower than usual but it was such a relaxing place to sit on a log and rest. The runners and bikers are passing by and it can be a little crowded during summer times.
It’s the best city park to watch sunset, absolutely mesmerizing! Picnic, BBQ, chilling, bring you family/friends/kids/dogs to play on the big lawn area! It’s also highly recommended to go down to the beach near the Sea Wall to shoot beautiful sunset portraits!
Easy track around False Creek. Curiousities everywhere and so much going on. Taking the little seabus ferry to Sunset Beach is the best part.
