Sunrise Dental

I was very happy with my first visit. They showed me all my teeth pictures (colored). I was consistent with my previous dentist every 6 months and they keep telling me all my teeth are okay but when Dr. Singh showed me all the pictures that they took I was shocked because you don't need to go to dental school to know what a cavity looks like. The Office Manager explained my treatment plan very clearly what my Insurance cover and what will be my portion is. They are on the dot with what my Insurance fee on each procedure cost since I was In-Network with them. They are way cheaper than I thought. I was paying more on my previous Dentist and I didn't know that my previous Dentist is out of my Network. None of their staff even bother to tell me. I came back to do all my fillings and I am very happy that they don't have any silver fillings at Sunrise Silverdale. I will be bringing my family and I will be spreading the words at my workplace.

At age 37, I've never had a cavity in my life and I've always been told by dentists that I have great teeth. I went to Sunrise dental in Silverdale as a new patient. They took pretty upscale pictures, x-rays and I had an exam done by the dentist. I was told my teeth are a wreck. I had over 10 cavities and needed over $2000 worth of work done. I was told that if I didn't have the work done, I would eventually need a root canal. I left the dentist with a printout in hand quoting all the work they had planned for me valued at over $2000. I was stunned! So stunned in fact, I called the dentist at Sunrise dental a week later to reconfirm what he said during my visit and he insisted on the dental work. I knew I needed a second opinion as this didn't make sense to me. How did I go my whole life with great teeth to all of a sudden needing a ridiculous amount of work?? I went to a different dentist, this time not a chain like Sunrise but an independent practice in Port Orchard. I had my xrays from Sunrise sent over to this new dentist. After a careful look at the xrays and pictures taken from Sunrise, and then an exam, he said my teeth looked great! No work needed!! I then showed him the write up of future dental work suggested by Sunrise. My new dentist was appalled. He said the only way I'd even need this kind of work is (and I'm quoting) "if I moved to the Amazon jungle and ate nothing but chocolate bars for 10 years!" He even called in his partner and lead dentist of their practice for her opinion. She concurred that my teeth are in great shape and no future work was needed. Both these dentist were quite upset at how this one dentist at Sunrise could be so immoral and unprofessional. Save your money, save the pain, save your mouth. Find another dentist!! Do not go to this dental chain, they are only after your money, not your well being!!!

I honesty love this place! The staff are amazing and professional and always make you feel right at home. The clinic is always clean and smells so good. I went on a whim a few years ago only because I found out the dentists are Military (GO ARMY). They make you feel as comfortable as possible by providing Netflix and blankets. Their hours accommodate the working class and they're open on Saturdays. Dolce the front desk assistant is the best!!!! Everyone seriously is the BEST! I'm sad to say I would have to part ways because I switched my insurance. But I wanted to leave this review for those who can't decided on where to go. I promise you, you won't regret it!!

I couldn't have been better taken care of. The staff is very helpful and non-judgmental. They put me completely at ease despite anxiety. Very recommended.
