The people seem nice enough, but we rented a wheelchair it had very loose bolts and the bearings in the wheels were completely gone loud and squeaky. Second wheelchair was very hard to push not free wheeling at all. also the first wheelchair had mud on the wheels so I don't think they clean anything.

Great customer service, friendly staff and willing to help you right away. I couldnt find what I needed but the staff member gave me a list of all the medical stores in the area and was able to find the cover for my aircast.

I rented a knee walker: 1st one, the brakes did not work, replaced with another one which had the steering column wobbly. So far, these rentals were NOT maintained appropriately. It was scary using the walker. Not happy at all!!!
