I brought my son for a long overdue haircut. He has mental health issues and getting a haircut is difficult. The barber was patient, understanding, and even seemed excited to clean him up. He looked so handsome. Words cannot describe how great the service was considering the circumstances. Thank you
The staff is always friendly I’ve had a chance to have a few stylists from this location. They’ve been all great Ava is the one I personally prefer because of her thorough attention to detail and she’s an expert at helping you maintain a healthy hair. It’s a good location and highly recommended

I’m having my haircut at Tommy Guns on Sunridge since last year. The service was good and the barbers are really professional. But today, the front desk told me that the waiting time is almost an hour. I tried to wait for an hour but they are not calling me, I then checked the front desk about the waiting time because I was waiting for 1 and a half hour. Then the front desk lady told me that she was trying to call me and she thinks she got a wrong number. So I asked her if I can check the number that she was calling, but she didnt show. I even asked the call history but she said she deleted it. I dont know what happened why she didn’t call me, because I saw my name appeared on the screen when she got my number. This happened today
This is the only place I will take my sons for hair cuts now. We always see Paige she is phenomenal! My son has 2 cow-licks and a triple crown and she cuts his hair perfectly everytime Also she is so personable and friendly and just the best!
Always enjoyed this place for my own haircut. But my 10 year old son was charged 36$ for a trim. I asked about price and was told its what the correct charge was. Aren't kids 11 years old and younger 26$? I mentioned my son being 10 years old. Live and learn.
First time using their service was unfortunately very upsetting. The Chinese, phillipino woman that works there,I don't know exactly what she is? cut my 11 year old sons hair. Without asking me first, instead asks my kid what size clip she should start with? Assuming my kid knew the size of the clips?!?! I strongly suggest that she should have asked me before she started shaving him bald!!! Within seconds! I look she's washing his hair then I look again he was bald!!! omg!!! So very very disappointed!! With whatever he had left on the sides, I asked her to blend and not to shave bald. This woman did not know what she was doing! It looked so unprofessional , no shape, choppy,nothing good about it all. I had to stop her and ask for someone else to finish the job. I will never go there again! So sorry I took my son there and had to pay for it to boot. That woman does NOT know how to cut hair!Service: Kids' cuts
