Sunny Side Up is hands down one of the best brunch spots around! The service was amazing — friendly, attentive, and fast without feeling rushed. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxing morning. And the food? Absolutely delicious! Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great brunch experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!
First time visiting Sunny Side Up,nMy first thoughts on this restaurant are the wait time is along so if you have time to waste this place is for you. Got on the waiting list waited for the text for your table is ready! Wow sweet 40 mins later walk on in wait couple mins to talk to the host to be told we only have the bar seating? I am like well it said my table is ready I would really like a table? Oh you'll have to wait for a table to become free. Mmm ok what did I wait 40 mins for then? Host then says well it's Valentine's Day and are busy. Well yeah it's Valentine's Day do you think I want to sit at the counter with my lovely wife on Valentine's Day?? Would of hit up the Irish Pub up the road if I wanted to sit at the counter. So sat and waited another 15mins for a free table. Next I would love to mention how unbelievable loud it gets in this restaurant. Didn't help having some guy laughing so loud people down at Home hardware could hear him... Damn I almost got up and walked out. The pro's about this visit our server was pleasant and helpful making sure our coffees were topped up. The washrooms are clean which was a bonus. The breakfast itself as a whole the bacon and eggs were good but the taters were just frozen taters with seasoning on them. The drop coffee was very good for a restaurant.... Most places are weak or too strong. Over all do I recommend dropping in for some breakfast ? Well long as your not in a rush and don't mind a very loud environment. And long as Dave the laughing clown isn't there you'll be fine.
Great locally owed diner! We came with a party of 8 on a very busy morning and the servers were extremely friendly and accommodating. Very nice family friendly atmosphere. I liked the western pictures!Didn’t wait long for seats. Food was awesome, with smiling waitresses. Can’t complain about that!nKeep up the amazing work ladies!
The best Benny I’ve ever had! The tuna was cooked to perfection. The Benedict sauce was delicious and complemented the other sauces inside. The sour beans on top were the masterstroke!
Had a delicious meal at Sunny Side up. Ordered the Cowboy bowl steak, eggs, wedges etc. and it was tasty. Good portions and very nice flavours. Sat out in the patio which is nice but small. Most of the umbrellas block all sun so had to find a spot that let a bit in.nnOur service was great, very friendly and genuine. We had good service but tables around were grumbling for wait times etc. so maybe we were lucky?nnOverall great place and will be back. Had a nice elegance to it.
