I generally tell people to always get your glasses at eye doctors however I actually had a really good experience. Took my old pair back for an exchange no questions asked.
Great sunglass hut location compared to the other ones in Montreal and Laval. The staff is super helpful and never pushy. They try to give you good advice for your face shape and are very knowledgeable.
Very bad service....the sale's person have zero communication skills...very rude and was snatching shades from me during trial as if m gonna run away taking his glasses .... Very bad experience...will never visit again
Written that store works untill 21:00, spent an hour for commute, came at 18:10, was closed.
I went in there thinking I am here to return what I bought and will never shop from Sunglass Hut again. I was frustrated with the way I was treated at the Eaton Center branch, when I wanted to return a pair. The guy here, Samuel, was very polite. He accepted to refund me for that pair and I ended up buying two other ones later.
Very rude manager Assuming she is, Blonde girl, bad service. I was buying a $600 pair of sunglasses and she was just obnoxious and rude that I left the store and went across to Ogilvy. Would not recommend !
