This restaurant is awesome. The food is always top notch. Hands down the best breakfast from Port Dover to Dunnville. Also they have the best poutine. Their gravy is amazing. Never have I left there unhappy with anything from meals to service.Food: 5/5
This is a very friendly place, with good food that just hit the spot. The portions are generous and delicious. Our server, Louise, was very friendly, helpful, and made us laugh. Her peameal bacon suggestion was welcome - it was so good!Food: 5/5
Very Disappointed. We ordered almost $140 worth of food here today and we're not happy. The Sunflower is usually great although pricey for the portions you receive & we pick up fairly often, but today was not a good experience : First the lady that answered the phone had a pretty thick accent and was very rude to me. She couldn't understand a word I said. So she handed the phone off abruptly to the young lady that works there. Which was good because her communication is great and she had zero issue understanding my order. She is a sweetheart and very polite also. The older woman with the accent was not very nice at all. Maybe a bad day? Idk... The steak and eggs we ordered was not correct. I ordered scrambled eggs and they gave me an omelet instead!? The pumpernickel toast was entirely burnt. I was shocked they would serve it like that. But worst of all there was a hair found in the steak!!! SO GROSS!!!!!!! It got thrown out to the dogs. The desserts were excellent as always, but all the food that was supposed to be hot was cold! Even though it was picked up precisely on time and we live less than one minute away. I literally paid almost $140 for this stuff........
I mean come on it's The Sunflower! The best comfort food in Southern Ontario. People drive from all over just to eat here. Luckily I live only 10 minutes away. Everyone knows me even the cook. They are the sweetest people. And honestly the food can't be beat. I have tried.Food: 5/5
We come every summer all the way from GTA for the pancakes. Best pancakes probably in north America lol. Very friendly hardworking staff, and they accommodate modifications for meals that suits my daughter's eating disability. Thank you sunflower staff.
We ate here twice on our vacation at Peacock point. Really good food and extremely friendly service. They also sell Nevada tickets so...there you go!Food: 5/5
Nice cafe in Selkirk, On. Food is spectacular. They seem to use a better quality of food, bacon, etc seem to be less fat and great cooking methods as everything tasted very good without grease. The staff were friendly. This was our first experience as we driving by. Well worth stopping if you're nearby in your travels.
We love the food here but insanely disappointed they are only open until 3pm now. Won’t be able to give them our business now cause we aren’t home during those hours.
