The ice cream was great but both workers rolled their eyes at me and snipped at my son. Thankfully my entire family of 7 didn't waste our money at this rude customer service establishment. 2 other ice cream shops in town will recieve our money from here on out!

Owners are very personable and a very kid friendly place. It's clean and modern with a hint of old ice cream parlor feel. Will def go again!
Excellent ice cream!
Great ice cream, but poorly trained employees. Ordered a malt, and was told by both the employees working that they didn't know how to make it. Why is it on the menu then? The atmosphere is also strange. Very empty space, seems thrown together. There are better ice cream options in Hayward.
Good ice cream, good service, but could have used more workers. The set up lacked flow.
Sure could have used a second server when we visited, many choices to choose from. Very good, we'll be back!!
