Its a pretty good camp. There is basicly everything you need during your stay. The food is fantastic and the entire camp is very clean. I'm sure there is a gym and rec room as well as other ways to entertain yourself. I only gave 4 stars becsuse camps have become so big that its a 10 min walk to the kitchen. They should have two smaller kitchens in camps this size.
The Check In Staff are nice. The gym trainers are awesome and the food is hit and miss, however there are lots of different options. Overall, could definitely use some upgrades and renos but decent living for the most part.
Room had too many broken things attached to it. Made maintenance requests but never got anywhere. The food was good however and security is not as bad as people say. Rooms: Too small, too many issues. Heat was waaaaay to high. Nearby activities: None to be done. Safety: Extremely safe location. Food & drinks: Food and drinks, there were many of both, great selections and overall great drinks and food.
Great camp. Food is amazing. Rooms are clean and have a decent amount of space. Lots of recreation available.Rooms: 5/5
Great camp to stay its always clean and the food is really good. Its just the lunch room with the same everyday.
Food was incredible when I first arrived in the spring of 2022. Since then the quality has diminished.
The food is good. I dont really care for the Jack and jill rooms though, but it's about the same size as most other places you can compare it to. My room wasn't cleaned for 2weeks out of 3. I did not put up the do not disturb sign so they could come in to clean, but they didnt.
Awesome Lodge! Lots of fun things to do
Way above average camp. Stayed in executive rooms and they were extremely nice! Food selection was fantastic considering its camp. Big room big camp. Quiet. Comfortable and relaxing.
Been living here for almost 2 years, and it’s still the best camp in the region, we had to stay at a couple of the other camps in the area during the Firebag bubble, then eventually let us back in. We were all very pleased to be back, close to work location, food is excellent, keep in mind, if you ate at the Keg everyday you’d get sick of that aswell. The staff and residents are all long term, so you get to know everyone, the staff is very friendly, security as always has a few REAL winners, but you get that everywhere, most security is real decent, at the end of the day, so long as you give respect, you’ll get it in return. Rooms are great, love that you have coffee and fridge and microwave, much like a hotel setting. If your staying in the J&J side, it’s still decent, and much closer to the kitchen and parking lot to start your truck in winter. If you don’t like this place, just go check out Wapasue... Bahahaha
