This is a quaint rural diner. The service was very good. The food was hot and served promptly. My husband enjoyed his battered fish and onion rings.nnHowever, there is almost no selections for gluten and dairy free. For lunch, I selected scrambled eggs and home fries. The scrambled eggs were over scrambled and had no flavor. The home fries were also overdone.nnWhy four stars? Because I don’t expect every place to be able to meet my dietary needs. Yet this place tried.nnThe restaurant was clean, although could benefit from a refresh. There is plenty of parking.
Our group had our closing dinner here. Everyone loved their meal. Our server was wonderful. The food came out fast and hot. Wonderful experience.
Great place, turkey dinner poutine is amazing and so is the club house
I ordered a Hot Turkey Sandwich. You can't go wrong right. Wrong. Uggggg. The Turkey was OK. The Gravy tasted horrible. The mashed potatoes were just mashed potatoes. No flavor. Horrible experience. Threw it in the garbage. NEVER AGAIN. How do you stay in business??
For a little town this diner had good food and excellent service. I definitely will return on my next trip through.
