I can't rave enough about the fantastic job Michelle did planning our honeymoon to Thailand. From the very beginning she was patient, informative, and really made sure to listen to what we wanted out of our trip. Michelle put together an amazing itinerary for us, combining all the various elements we requested: relaxation, tourism, and adventure (and all while sticking to our budget). We stayed at some of the most beautiful hotels I've ever seen, and were met and escorted by well informed guides while there. We had a fantastically carefree and exciting honeymoon, and really feel like we got the most of our trip! I highly recommend booking your next trip through Sun Ray :)

Our Trip Exceeded Every Expectation! "We are writing to let you know how pleased we were with our recent trip to Egypt that we booked with you at Sun Ray Travel and to let you know how much we appreciated your hard work and effort in arranging our vacation. We have cruised to many Caribbean locations but decided to try something a bit different. This trip exceeded our expectations and was so well organized.. Your customer service along with your friendliness, availability and responsiveness made the booking process effortless for us. The itinerary was well planned and thought out with excursions, activities, rest and leisure. Every tour and excursion was perfectly organized, convenient and well worth seeing. All accommodations were clean and comfortable, and offered safe and plentiful food. Everyone in Egypt bent over backwards to provide the best possible experience for us and we felt safe and well looked after during our entire visit. All the representatives, tour guides (Beshoy in Cairo and Wael in Luxor/Aswan) and Egyptian people were very friendly as well as knowledgeable. They were happy to share their cultural and historical insights and were always available should any information or assistance be required. Their presence and guidance added tremendously to our experience. Every detail of our vacation was looked after and anticipated- really our only responsibility was to show up on time and to have a fun adventure every day. This was truly a memorable holiday and we know that it will be the vacation that all our other vacations in the future will be compared to. My mother and I would like to thank you for the wonderful trip you put together. We thoroughly enjoy every aspect of the trip. We learned so much about the people, the land and the antiquities that Egypt holds. We have given your name out to many friends. Beshoy was so friendly and knowledgeable and really cared about us. Everything was perfect, from the itinerary and the service prior to our trip to the touring and care the team in Egypt put into it. Again thank you so much for the trip of a life time!

Honestly we didn't get what we paid for. Hotel was at really bad location, garbage everywhere. This company is all about money and not service. They take u places which r cheap but all the good places they put as an optional and charge u 4 times more money as compare to if u go on ur own. Their mandatory advance tipping is insane. U can't even go to ur room very 1st day unless u give them $100US as tips and that doesn't include ur guide tip. The guide will take u all the sky rocket shopping places for his own commission. If u buy same stuff some where else it's way cheaper. For example the perfume place he took us cost $300US as compare to outside same pack $95. But they were always on time for pick and drop. Cruise location was bad again but service and food was good and fresh.
