Not the most convenient place to get to but the staff and overall experience as a client are great. Easy app to use, and great costumer support. My work company uses them as their group insurance plan and I have been very happy with my experience.
The Worst insurance system and company ever for international students, it is better to have your own insurance from home or get legit privet insurance. Do not accept direct billing and the claim process is Hell, this is not built to help an international student coming form overseas but let them struggle with complicated procedure that make people give up while they are still taking the money in our school bills !. Smh
I called them this morning it was terrible as to waiting time to speak to a rep took me 40 minutes and consumed my minutes of my mobile phone. I only have 500 minutes day time calling in a month and I work overnight so I can only call during the day. Wish they have a call back.
