Yes, food was really good. However upon picking up my food, I saw they had no hair nets or hats, hair wasn't even pulled in a bun and the lady scratched her hair and ear multiple times all while packaging the foodI did say something so hopefully they actually make the change which I highly doubt. So definitely check if your food has hair before consuming.

I eat here weekly until this afternoon. Got the boneless spare rib lunch combo. All the meat was covered in what looked like chopped up human hair. I couldn't eat it at all I feel disappointed and will never eat from them again.
My least favorite Chinese in Bristol- the general tso tastes like it has ketchup in the sauce, the rice was flavorless and dry, spare ribs burnt. Would not buy again.
