Had a bit of a communication problem with the service desk but Ryan fixed everything. Thanks Ryan for great customer service. New battery one day and new spring on front end another day. Thanks for courtesy shuttle and lending me a vehicle while mine was waiting to be fixed. Spent 280.00 on battery and 650.00 on spring replacement wow! My Avalon is better!

Would leave 0 stars if I could. Husband and I have owned three vehicles from here. November 1- Traded our Tundra for a 4runner. They wanted the stock rims and tires back with the Tundra and we wanted our studs and aftermarket rims, which was all good. We asked that if we left the rims/tires with them, that they be careful with them as our intent was to sell them. They were 6 months old and not a scratch on them. We we're assured they would be fine to be left there and they would swap them out, no problem. Would call us within the next week to pick them up. November 16- Upon receiving the rims, we found numerous scratches and one deep gouge. We took photos and contacted them immediately. Lorne asked that we send the photos via email (as we live 2 hours out of town) His response, left on voicemail, was that he could not see how the marks could be from them as they are not consistent with anything they do. I phoned him back and explained to him how insulting it was for him to even say that; not consistent? As to tell me that a lug nut on an impact gun couldn't cause such a mark. I told him my husband and I both have experience taking on/off tires & rims and that my father owned an automotive shop. I told him that we left them with no problems, specifically asked that they be handled with care, and that whether it was the overall handling of them during their over two weeks with them, or the removal from the vehicle, this was something that happened there. Instead of offering ANYTHING, even an apology, he continued to say it wasn't possible that it happened while they were there. I again asked that there is nothing he had to offer, thinking he may want to, at the very least, apologize, and he said there was nothing he could do as he couldn't say it was done there. I ended the call by letting him know that we don't care how many free services we have with our new vehicle, it and we will not be returning there for anything. Have never had an issue with Carl (our go-to salesman) but the sales manager, Lorne has been quite inconsiderate and disrespectful. I feel bad for Carl as we don't want to return and it isn't his fault, but to be treated that way by the manager is enough to say no thanks!

We looked at buying a RAV 4 here in the summer. The vehicle was nice, with some great features, but ultimately we decided against it. After the test drive we went back into the showroom and the sales lady seemed quite pushy even though we explained that we wanted to sleep on it. She then brought over a second sales person and the two of them flanked us on either side and tried to "Close the deal". We're not impulsive people at all, so this had no effect on us. However, it just looked so pushy and almost desperate so it really turned us off this place.

Had some recent work at the body shop at Toyota. I found them quick and surprisingly cheaper than others in town.
