I can’t express enough how great the service was at Sun City Automotive. From my first phone call where John was so friendly and helpful to the completed work of replacing my brakes. He went above and beyond to get me in early so I could make a trip this weekend. Aside from John’s great demeanor, the price was 50% cheaper than Firestone! I was in a real bind and stuck at home with car that would not start. John at Sun City Automotive was so helpful today. I was very worried about getting to the repair shop, the price and how long the repair would take. I am a single senior lady and have been unemployed. He was definitely my knight in shining armor with the assistance on the repair, his fairness and his reassurance. He was also very fair whenever I had an air conditioner repaired last summer. I will never ever plan to have my car repaired at any other shop because of my experiences at Sun City Automotive. John and his team are fantastic, honest and trustworthy. We are new to the area and when my car started misfiring, I had no idea where to go. On a young person’s recommendation, I visited another repair shop and received a surprising estimate for new plugs and fuel system service since my car is approaching 100k miles. I’m so glad I reached out to Sun City. They performed the work and saved me almost $200. They are now our go-to!

Was a bit skeptical being a new resident in Fort Mill.I have an older Honda that was giving us cooling problems.John and his staff checked the whole car and found radiator needed to be replaced along with a leaking oil pump and damaged timing belt.John quoted me a price,, and could sense I was nervous...he was super professional and supportive with all my concerns..As of now I can tell they did excellent work and the car is running great! John at Sun City was very professional and helpful. He was our only point of contact making the process of repairing our car very simple and gave us a law enforcement discount. Sun City is the best shop in town. I’ve experimented with a couple different shops in the Fort Mill area, John & team are the best around. The take care of their customers, have reasonable prices and give a heads up on what your vehicle may need next. Having only 1 car, I don’t want to be one of the dozens of cars abandoned on the shoulder of I77, I trust Sun City with my vehicle.

Moving to Charlotte from out of state, and I think we've found our new mechanics at Sun City! We needed brakes replaced and they did a great job for a reasonable cost. Online scheduling was a breeze, and John and crew were professional and accommodating. We will be coming back at Sun City for all our car needs.

We only had a headlight changed but they were quick, polite and kept us updated on progress. They ordered a light and then realized it wasn’t the correct one and needed to get a new one from the town over. They gave my husband a loaner car to use for the afternoon so he didn’t have to wait at the shop. Great customer service! Thank you!

John was very accommodating in allowing me to drop my car off to investigate an issue with our front passenger side lower control arm/ball bearing. They did a thorough investigation of the problem and recommended several actions to take. While we didn’t have Sun CIty perform the work, I will definitely return to their shop as they were very upfront about cost and even included pictures of the issues to evidence the problems. Will definitely recommend to others.
