Definitely not one of the better FBOs. Staff were nice enough, so there's that... Computers in the flight planning room are positively ancient. Their crew car is a monstrous 10-pax Ford van that could do with a bit of attention...also, 1.5hr limit on use of the vehicle?? Most places do 2. Crew lounge is comfy, if a bit small. No marshallers when we taxied in. Perhaps I've become a spoiled pilot, but when a certain level of service is available, it strikes me as slightly odd when that level of service isn't standard. I don't necessarily need free cookies and a square of red carpet on the ramp, but some effort is certainly appreciated. I'll definitely be giving Corporate Air a look next time I fly up here.
