Great variety of food excellent service My family and I visited here afew years ago. Peaceful and quiet atmosphere it was my daughter's bday the staff gave her a free slice of cake and sung happy birthday.
It is ok. But not recommend it Lunch was good but not enough food Also some food was cold. Looking hot but taste was cold. Inside interior good. Clean and safe place.
Food was over cooked. Then they require a tip but don't have any signs up saying tip is required. Our drinks were not filled once while we ate and not only that what am I tipping for I serve myself anyway. The place was 40 bucks for 2 adults no reason to beg for tips. Tipping is not mandatory in the United States, so there are no laws that govern how much gratuity should be paid. That means it is generally up to you to decide how much of a tip to leave a server at a restaurant. Just so you are aware. Tipping Is not mandatory so you can't force customers to pay. This place will told us we have to tip so we tipped 1$ they are only out for the money clearly. Will not be returning.
The food could be greatly improved. The quality of the food is subpar due to the food having the crunch level of a hard metal ball. The service? AMAZING the first visit. The last two visits my bf and I got ZERO service.Food: 3/5
Very bad service. Host/waitress did not refill drink or pick up plates. When I was getting ready to leave the host / waitress made a statement saying the tip wasn't included in the bill & requested I pay her a tip. I told her I experienced bad service and I refused to pay a tip. She cussed me out in front of my children and husband. & the food wasn't all that good. Sad to say I will never go back ! I was charged $97 after I left I checked my account and $111 was taken from my account.
The personal they are friendly but the food not everything is good they need to put more taste on foodFood: 3/5
Ya no ahi una barra de sushi ni fuente de chocolate, si das la propina primero te ignoran asta que termines de comer. There isn’t a sushi bar anymore and the chocolate fountain either, if you pay the tip upfront they give your table a flower and ignore you the rest of you stay.
For buffet food, my expectations were certainly exceeded. Plenty of fresh options that were all quite good. However, waiters are excessively pushy about reminding patrons about tipping, almost to the point of being uncomfortable.
This restaurant is good. There are a lot of different dishes to try. The Mexican chefs at the grill are very fun guy. I have posted a YouTube video called "Awesome Chefs of Tepenyaki Supreme Buffet." I love the loud and busy atmosphere at this restaurant. It magnify the fun eating out experience ten-folds.
Offerings consist of American, some Chinese, and some Japanese. It was very limited. Only one noodle dish, no dumplings, the chicken teriyaki and chicken on a stick were very dry. The Teppanyaki was the only saving grace, but not worth the dinner price tag. There was no wonton soup. Out of the 10 serving stations, 3 consist of dessert, 2 American fare, 1 primarily fried items with a beef with onions & pepper and tortilla, and 1 salad bar with cold sides. The remaining a mixture of different types of foods. The sushi bar had 6 types of sushi, and a variety of rolls with 2 cold side offerings. Many trays were left empty of food. Staff was average. Completed dishes remained on table for 20 minutes before removal. Refill of drinks was completed faster. Staff were polite.
