Wait times are pretty long which I guess isn't their fault. But the service is extremely poor. Only corporate side of the registry has nice staff. Rest act like they're doing u a favor by taking your money.
Staff are friendly and very nice. I went on Sunday, while rest of the registries were closed. A bit line up and had to wait outside few minutes due to COVID-19. Limited people inside.
My examiner was amazing. He was so polite and made me so comfortable. I was super nervous but because he was so patient I passed my exam with ease. He gave instructions clearly and ahead of time. Definitely recommend them. Customer service was excellent too.
I was switching from another province the employees here were so helpful, kind and make you feel welcome they are a real pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend after my one visit to Ellerslie I'll never go back !!
I took my Class 5 basic road test here. It was an excellent experience overall. The staff was very helpful and so was my examiner. Throughout the test he was calm and gave clear instructions. His calm and friendly behaviour made it both less stressful and possible to pass the test with minimal points.
Great experience at this registry. Staff are pleasant, efficient fast and personable. I dealt with Raj and she was very professional, polite and incredibly fast. I strongly recommend this registry.
