As others have said, they give you a half exam and act like you are only there to get out of work. They don’t take your illness seriously even when you can hear the congestion in your voice. It’s been such a bad experience on multiple occasions that today I decided to do a virtual visit through a different network that my insurance provides, I had a better experience through someone else virtually. Don’t think I will ever return to this urgent care.
This place is a rotating door for students, if you are looking for a physician that won’t change and won’t change your medications that your used to , this is not it. I wait for hours just to get referred to a different dr. Real family doctors have to still be around .
My experience with this practice has been very good. Except for the one visit when everyone was learning the new computer system, the wait to get back to the exam room was minimal only a few minutes, and Dr. Jones is knowledgeable, caring, and actually listens. The whole staff has been polite and professional, and I get responses from my requests promptly. I take my aging dad to this practice as well, and he is also pleased with the care he receives. For quite a while, he wasn't doing very well, but the medical help he got from Dr. Jones has greatly improved his quality of life. We've only been coming here for about a year, and this is where we will stay for years!
I've been coming to this office for some time but the Dr. nurses are rude and seems as if they don't care. Then they'll rush you which I hate that. I called in to add another issue so that my Dr. Could know but when I came in my dr. TOLD ME WE CAN ONLY ADDRESS two issues and said I didn't tell them my third issue when I did. Rude office I just need to call call my insurance provider and give them a complaint about this office. Just feel as if they don't care and jis body language shows he didn't care. If feel as if I was white this office would do everything in their will poor to help me.
I've called 4-5 times today because the referral I was given is incorrect as the office I was referred to doesn't have a spine specialist currently and central scheduling hasn't received my imaging order. Central scheduling couldn't even get through to them. I've been on hold every time I've called for nearly 20 minutes! I was just in their office yesterday and there were only three patients in the waiting room. Dr. Sheppard was amazing but their office staff is horrid. They seem bothered by patients being in the office. Absolutely ridiculous! What are the 3-4 registration people doing all day that they can't answer a phone call in 20 minutes?!
Very friendly staff, even if the midst of a busy clinic day. Each and every Doctor I have spoken with has been kind and caring. Although, I don't love going to the Doctor's office, this clinic has made it almost enjoyable.
I was worried that I seen only 3 stars, this was clean and all the people that work there was very nice so was the Doctor...only think, is it's easy to get list there.
If there was negative stars that's what I would give. I drove 35 mins taking a full day off work and get told my appointment is canceled. I gave my number when scheduling and yet they "called" The wrong one. The workers were not friendly. I don't understand because if we don't arrive to our appointment without canceling we get charged but nothing if they do it to us. So I'm understanding that our time isn't as important as thiers.
Terrible customer service. When you ask what it will cost you are told they don’t know and why does it matter if you have insurance. Once you say it matters become I am paying for it the lady was quick to say she was hanging up. Very rude and unprofessional. How do they not know what their service will coat?
