NO LONGER A REAL RESTAURANT. Used to love this place, had an interesting atmosphere and the world's most amazing fried mozzarella sticks. Now just another dead family tradition.

Clean Big party rooms (3 levels) No longer a dine in restaurant (effective Jan 1st 2017) Bar is clean, big, and good selections Wait staff is great. Very attentive and speedy Great selections of food

Checked out website , hours and menu, only to make the trip up there tonight only to find out they are no longer a restaurant. They only do weddings and other gatherings. Been doing this since January when they closed the restaurant. With all your money, you need someone to update your website.

2.5 out of 5. This placed looked different. Decided to try it because the online menu looked good. The prices are a bit on the expensive side, but not ridiculous. First impressions inside were not favorable. It was almost empty. It smelled funny like a stale old banquet hall (which I guess they have upstairs). The decor was dated and nothing special. Clean however, but just seemed old and generic and didn't compliment the name. Food: We ordered the Reuben egg rolls. They were good, but I wouldn't order them again. Then we ordered the traverse city cherry salad and substituted chicken instead of the salmon. You get a big portion, but was a few dollars over priced in my opinion. Next I had the prime rib sandwich and fries. It was very good and good size, but again rather over priced. Fries were very hot and fresh. My daughter got the kids pizza. It was good. Nothing special. She also had a side salad. You can tell the cucumbers were old and should have been thrown away. Same with the grape tomatoes. The lettuce was super cold which is almost a turn off. The lettuce was old too. Service: We were seated immediately and the server was prompt and polite. The food came out in a good amount of time. Overall: Good variety of food options. The bar seemed well stocked but we didn't experience that. The funky smell of the place, clean but dated generic decor, and the mediocre salad, and the slightly over priced items made it not memorable in a good way and we likely won't come back. It's a shame because it's in a good location with lots of menu choices. Just lacks in other areas. I'd say 2.5 stars out if 5.
