I ordered 2 cakes , cake smash and a birthday cake BOTH were so so delicious and beautiful. First time ordering and everything went so well THANKS GUYS. My first visit went exceptionally perfect , Jen took my order and made everything so pleasant! Such a sweet and kind person. Thank you for taking care of my boys. Can't wait to order again.

My wedding cake was supposed to be hand painted in chocolate. When we arrived at the reception hall, they were PIPING on a very messy scroll pattern in 5 minutes flat in front of our wedding guests. Flavors were mediocre at best. When I went to demand a refund, there was another bride ahead of me. They got their monogram wrong. They gave us both 1/2 our money back, but that’s not what I wanted. I wanted the magazine wedding cake, and I didn’t mind paying $1000 to get it. I could not recommend anyone to go here. When I arrived the day before to drop off the topper, they had not even started baking it yet! There were LOTS of wedding cakes and they were very busy. Too busy. They overbook themselves and then don’t do quality work, and are fine with refunding 50% because they CANNOT stand behind their work because there was no care taken in the first place. Go anywhere else but here…

The cake we ordered was tasty and our guests enjoyed it! We added our own fresh flowers and cake topper but they did a great job with creating what we asked for and the flavours were good I would have liked more fresh strawberry filling but it was good overall. The price was reasonable too. I didn't get a confirmation after placing my order and paying by interac but when I called they answered right away and confirmed my order.

We got our wedding cake from Sugar Chalet. The cake was beautiful and delicious. However, the experience was horrific. They do not respond to any emails I only sent 2 of which 1 I was asked to send the picture of the cake I wanted but no reply. It had gone to their junk mail and if i hadn't called to ask about it, who knows what would have happened. They delivered the cake on the wrong date!!! They just left the cake at the venue without talking to anyone. I got a call from the venue asking if that is our cake and why it was delivered a day early!!!! Thank goodness for the venue helping us store it!! Do not get your cake from here especially if your wedding is on a Sunday. They are not open. That's why they deliver the cake on Saturday but lie to you!! You can't even reach them on Sunday or Monday!! They still haven't replied to my email as to why the cake was delivered on the wrong day.... Not even an apology... one day before your wedding day there is already enough stress that this is just ridiculous to be caused by a service that costs a lot of money .... would not recommend at all....

Ordered my second ones cake from here as well and I was not disappointed. The cake was stunning and the attention to detail was amazing. It was also delicious! The order process is hassle free and quick as well. I am glad I ordered my sons birthday cake here. It was beautiful as well as delicious! The cupcakes i decided to get in store were awesome as well. Will definitely be ordering my second sons birthday cake here as well .

AMAZING. I have been a very long term customer but this past weekend was my sons first birthday and I ordered a smash cake and 5 dozen cupcakes in rainbow chip for his party and every single person LOVED them. They couldn’t stop telling me how amazing the cupcakes were ! Highly highly HIGHLY recommend !

Order was not ready for pickup. They messed up on the date requested and the design we asked for looked rushed. Received an apology but was offered no discount. Order was $50. Not happy at all. Update. Revising. Cake was very delicious. A big hit .

I have had such great experiences with this bakery. I’ve been ordering here for years and I always trust them with all my cake orders. They are very creative, patient and have great customer service. They always exceed my expectations.

Well i give this place 4 stars because i have had positive previous interactions with the staff. Also, no complaints about the cakes and cupcakes. I took one star off because my family members claimed they had an unpleasant experience with a staff member earlier today who was apparently unfriendly and lacked customer service skills.

It is so hard to find a place that sells Bday cakes with buttercream icing & not the oil based garbage. The cake was so fresh and moist, best cake I've had in years. Highly recommend.
