Rosy is very helpful and let me sample the flavors before I decided, and she also helped me get new gluten-free toppings to avoid cross-contact.
Came in with my daughter yesterday and was told this establishment do not honor the reward program anymore. Looks like I have to find a new frozen yogurt place which makes me sad because I have been coming to the establishment for years.
I love Sugar Berry, a cool, sweet treat that one can feel good about eating because it has beneficial ingredients rather than empty calories. They normally have several flavor choices. I don’t visit often because it is on the pricey side, but great for a now & then treat.
This is a great place for families. They recently changed the decor since I last visited...about a year ago. It's less colorful and more fitting for a college town. The kids miss those colors. The food is still good, though, and the chalkboard as a menu behind the counter is more functional for situations when they run out of certain tea flavors.
We came in with two kids less than ten minutes before closing, the staff were totally friendly, still offered us samples and were very helpful and didn’t rush us or anything. Store was clean and all the toppings were so neat and tidy. Couldn’t offer any suggestion to improve it!
My favorite froyo spot and bubble tea spot! Love all of the employees, they are always so helpful and nice every time I have been there! Great place to go if you want a sweet treat or bubble tea!
Sugar Berry is the bomb! The people that work there always greet my kids and I with a welcoming smile. And of course the delicious yogurt and ample supply of toppings makes it the best
Not all the machines were up and running. The place looked really unsanitary. Floors were dirty and it was overall rundown. Toppings were good though so thats a plus.
Filthy. The frozen yogurt out of the machine was okay, but the customer service area was nasty. Seriously. The floor hadn’t been mopped in weeks ? and the exit trash can was slathered in old crusty yogurt. We can guess that that the front of the house matches the back of the house. Unsanitary.
This is my favorite frozen yogurt place in the area. The topping variety is varied and always has some fresh fruit and popping bubbles along with the more usual candies and nuts. there is usually something like taro or green tea that I particularly enjoy.
