My family and I have just moved to Hermiston and were happy to find a local dry cleaner that we could take my husband's military uniforms and my dresses to. When I dropped off my first dress, I was told it would be ready on Friday and asked how much the cost would be. I came in on Monday to pick it up and was told that it was not ready. Since I was not in a terrible hurry, I did not mind and returned Tuesday to pick it up. It appeared to be in a fine condition. I was then told that the cost would be twice what I had been quoted when I dropped it off. I asked to speak with the manager and was told that I would receive a phone call, which I never did receive. What a bummer. We will have to find dry cleaning services elsewhere.

Experience left something to be desired, prices were so high I'll never stray from my property's washer and dryer. Save yourself a trip

The owner is extremely nice. The facility is well maintained. The first laundry mat I went to when I first moved to the area. I have been going there for 3 years now.
