Very happy with our visit to Minards in Watrous today! We are from Alberta, so we’re worried about product availability in a small town… The staff was so friendly! One of the ladies gave my kids a snack after giving them a “tour” of the store. What we needed was not in stock, but a guy quickly pieced together what we needed! Super pleased and happy to report that our custom hose did the trick! Thank you!!!!!
We purchased our trailer here 3 years ago and recently had it in for a spring inspection/repair. The staff were friendly, accommodating and professional. The technicians went above and beyond. Very pleased.
We are first time buyers through Minards but have been in the camping world for a few years now. Graham, Shannon and Tanya were all so amazing to deal with. We had amazing customer service from them all and we will definitely be using and buying from Minards in the camping future again. Thank you everyone for making it such a fun, easy process. It was hard saying goodbye to our first home away from home but we are loving our new trailer.
