I am generally a fan of these restaurants, and cannot fault them for being busy during lunch hour. Therefore, I forgive the unkempt tables. But the bread for sandwiches was clearly displayed, and sadly had been overbaked (molasses in color). Otherwise, the staff were efficient, mostly friendly and clearly knew what they were doing. Still, a review contextualizes a single dining experience, and it's tough to get around half the sandwich being near-to-burnt.

They are always so friendly and fast. Awesome bread it's always so fresh and the cookies are soooo yummy!
