They never have cookie made every time my mom and I go up there they don't have any or the cookies are cooling down. They should make the cookies at night so they have them ready for tomorrow. Not in the afternoon

The staff is pretty friendly but they usually have a big turnover and are constantly training new employees. Service is pretty slow as a result.

Online ordered a week before hand, at this time 45 min have passed just to be told they forgot. The staff hate their job, they didn't schedule enough employees for the day, would love to discuss this with uppers here.

Apparently they dont take orders over the phone but you sure can place an order online. But I guess when in watford city you can't exactly expect anyone who wants to do their job even the slightest bit. Only been to this subway once and the interaction was less than mediocre and now I'm completely turned off by them and will never be back.
