I live in Eden Prairie. I have tried the 3 different Subways within 15 minutes of where I live. They are all trash.. I have stopped eating Subway because of this. I decided to eat at this location while I was in town. It was amazing

Drove through this town and stopped here for dinner. The lady in front of us ordered subs and happened to need 6 subs. It was not busy we were the only two in the store. The man working with the longer hair was unbelievably rude and would not make her 6 subs. He kept asking her HOW MANY? And just stared at her. Then he refused to make them for her. He said if there were six people with her to order he’d do it but she should have called ahead. The poor lady was very friendly and this man was terribly rude, unprofessional and shouldn’t be allowed to treat customers that way. We left and the lady left as well and gave our business to another restaurant. Unbelievable.
The staff members especially Carolyn Fox, the manager, Sandra and the night crew were phenomenal. They were respectful and patient and interactive. I was members cleaning the place while two were on line helping customers. They are a great team. Carolyn made me feel welcomed and made my son excited to be there. The night crew with workers named Jesse, Carter and Eryln had a long line and yet they made everyone feel welcomed and interacted with the us and yet were efficient in their work. The only downside were the flies but it looked like the evening workers were cleaning. My son and I will definitely come back.
The customer service at this subway is THE BEST! Every 3 months I take my mom down to the Mayo Clinic in Rochester and on our way home from our visit yesterday November 13th around noon we stopped to get lunch at this location. There was 3 ladies working and they were all so kind and all so joyful! Making fun conversations with my mom, sister and I! We left there with great food and smiles on our faces. I don’t leave reviews often but I wanted to make sure I made a good review for this experience. We will be stopping at this subway on all our trips to and from Mayo! Thank you Cannon Falls Subway for hiring such beautiful kind ladies at your location! I hope they get recognized for their hard work!
I wouldn't recommend ordering via the app for this Location. My SO and I tried it out, our sandwiches had ingredients we didn't click on, we both ordered bacon - only one came with it. I ordered lettuce and got only spinach. IMO, Subway is good no matter what when you're in the mood for it. I can't say it wasn't good, but our orders were jumbled and it seemed the workers made the subs without looking at the ticket.
