You went above and beyond on wanting to make our sandwiches to our likeness. I know it was late but you were very accommodating with alternatives since we got there late and you had filled such a large order. Best Sandwich ever. Thank you. This place is bad even for a Subway. Commonly out of ingredients. Brown lettuce, mushy tomatoes and usually only white or wheat bread. The owner of this place also owns montesano and Aberdeen subways. Which progressively get a little better the further away from Elma they are. Montesano 2 Stars, Aberdeen 3 stars.
The last time I was in there I got a turkey sandwich and the quality of the meat was if I went to the grocery store and bought a cheap package of Turkey like you might get for sandwiches that you would make on your own I was not impressed they're quality has definitely gone down, also the prices ridiculous.Food: 3/5
Friendly service, we came in right before closing. I got cold cut combo, my daughter got the black forest ham. Always fresh ingredients. Great customer service, clean, and decent prices. Only reason why I didn't give 5 stars is because the tomatoes were not fresh. And the types of breads we wanted were out for the next few weeks. They always have something for everyone including food restrictions. Plenty of space for wheel chairs.
Food was always good, but I'm sad they removed gluten free

The newer male worker long dark hair. I think his name was Jessie which matches another recent review, that can’t be a coincidence. He made my 15 year old daughter very uncomfortable when she went in to pick up our order. I quote “I like how those shorts look, they’d look even better shorter though”. And also asked where she works so he can “visit” her. Considering there was another review regarding this employee a month ago and he still has a job, I think it’s safe to say the Elma Subway supports women being harassed. Minors at that. Disgusting. I’m sure the owners don’t care but they just lost a family of 6’s business , and I would think everyone I tell this experience to. Do better.
The Subway on Elma G kinda sucks. Especially the evening shift. The older lady and guy with goatee I think are the reason why I haven’t been to this location in like a year. Rude, and just have a really bad customer service. Won’t make that mistake again.
There is a new male worker who has harassed me and several other girls I know including an employee, which is deplorable. He is creepy, told me way too much about his life that I never asked, and kept asking where I work. It was aggressive and uncalled for and I probably won’t be back to this location until he is gone. I’ll drive to Monte.
I love Subway I eat it a lot but I try to avoid this location due to every time I order a sandwich doesn't matter what it is I make it to the other side of Elma and the bread is almost liquefied this is the only location I've ever had this issue with and it's every time I go however the store is always clean staff is good peopleDine in: NoOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: YesDelivery: NoCurbside pickup: No
