Food and service was fine. It was the customers that are the negative. Rude and incapable of having patience. Guy barked at the employee his entire order. Took multiple refills from the soda machine without asking. Stared at us as we ate and kept coughing loudly without covering his mouth. Otherwise the place is fineFood: 4/5

Stopped to grab dinner on a Saturday night. The line was a few people deep and there seemed to be a lot missing from the sandwich-making station. There was only one guy working, named Dave. He handled the flow of customers well and managed the lack of ingredients as best as he could. He made the food quickly and correctly and was pleasant even though he was alone. Give him a raise!
Stopped to buy 5 grinders for my family. All 4 chicken whole grinders meat was frozen. All were to be toasted didnt matter still frozen inside 40.00 bucks wasted. This guy with brown hair middle part no id no facemask and no hat. You need new management in this place we wont be back. Horrible
I usually go to this subway, but won’t any more after tonight. As soon as I get up to the counter where there was only one other customer, being cashed out she rudely says “I’ll be with you as soon as possible” Okay that’s fine. Asked for extra chipotle southwest, got a dirty look for it. Okay that’s fine. But when you throw the veggies as fast and sloppy as you can just to hurry up and get customers out seems a little wrong. You’re getting paid hourly to make sandwiches, is placing some extra toppings so much of a chore it ruins your night
Young guy with brown hair and a middle part, no hair net, no hat, no mask. Surprised he put gloves on. Surved us FROZEN chicken. I had to microwave my sandwich to dethaw it. Absolutely horrendous. Ya business is going to sink.
Today date 09/25/2021 a young man who works for Subway he had on a dirty baseball uniform and dirt under his finger nail he reach in to the lettuce with no gloves on to remove a piece of chicken out of the lettuce holder with bare hands. I confronted him and he replied he wash his hands which was not true. The owner of this Franchise should really be worry about cross contamination and a host of other problems like food poisoning. The Health Department will be called on Monday. Cold cuts hold bacteria and can make you really sick. The owner needs to look at his surveillance tape and retrain. The cold cut meats look wet. This Subway is bad and dangerous Stop hiring people who don't care about the customers or there job!!!!
I'm somewhat of a regular customer. Been coming in steadily for the last year. Usually it's a great experience. Today? Not so much. There was a woman by the name Taylor working who I had never seen there before. She was such a bully to what seemed to be a very new employee learning her job. I felt so uncomfortable watching her talk to this young girl with such blatant disrespect. I felt so bad for the young girl. She was asking questions and her coworkers seemed more annoyed than anything when "assisting" her with eye rolls and under the breath comments for all customers to hear. It was so wrong on so many levels. Not to mention, a guy in line ordered 3 or 4 sandwiches and only paid $6.00 because he was fixing the cashier's phone next door and she thought he was cute... So much unprofessionalism. I don't think I'll ever go back.
This place is one of the best around the manager Jenn and her crew are friendly and fast. My order is always correct. I enjoy coming to this subway very much. Keep up the good work.
Didn't end up eating. I came in and the employee was sweeping, then put on gloves and tried to serve me with out washing his hands... I left. This was the first I've seen of this so hopefully it is not a standard practice.
