Went there around 1ish today and really did not have a good experience. Ken B just seemed off and unprofessional. From having to repeat what I wanted a few times, and then him wrapping my sub - where one side was still completely opened. I believe it was Lia that rang our order through and had to repackage my sub and when she told him if was not correct he said it didn’t matter. Then when she asked him to reconfirm what we ordered he said he thinks we ordered …….. and said but he wasn’t really paying attention. Like he was the one who made them. Lia was very kind however in response to Ken and I just wanted to write this review because I thought that type of behaviour was unacceptable and his attitude was embarrassing. I hope this doesn’t go unnoticed by management.
Was really disappointed with the managements attitude towards a NEW trainee today. The woman was doing a fine job but the manager was being very rude towards her infront of customers. The woman said to her manager quietly "I just need a minute to go to the bathroom" and the manager scolded her and said "No, you have a customer" and then the poor woman said "no you don't understand, it's my monthly, I really need to go" I felt so bad for her having to say that openly infront of customers and the manager said "FINE, GO!" with the most disgusted look. Who treats their employees like that? There were 2 other employees helping the only 2 customers standing in line. I've been coming here a long time and I couldn't stop thinking about that poor girl today and how she was treated. Very degrading, insulting, embarrassing and unesseccary treatment. This place has extremely poor management treatment!! To the employee, I hope you know you didn't deserve that treatment! I just had to say something.
I went in today and got two breakfast sandwiches and I just wanna say thank Ken for your polite customer service skills and making two amazing sandwiches! Kudos to you thanks so much
Just got a sub from here. There were two girls working, the taller of the two was doing veggies and cash. The gentleman in from of me had his veggies put on by her and she cashed him out while still wearing gloves and touching the cash screen who knows when this screen was last sanitized. She then proceeded to put veggies on my sub while still wearing the gloves and cashed me out. She also went on to do the next customer's veggies... this is disgusting and unacceptable from a food chain. Have your workers wash their hands in-between cash and food. Does not matter if you are actually handling the cash the person who worked the till before you could have!
Absolutely horrible,The attitude from the girl making the sub was enough that I wanted to walk out, she was slamming and throwing things. And I was the only customer so not like she was busy. Then watching her put vegetables that were frozen on my sub was enough for me to actually walk out. I asked her if she'd eat something like that and she couldn't even answer me.
Some times I come here, they give a great amount of meat and actually fill the measuring cup thing, but lately they’ve been so stingey and I feel like I’m not getting my money’s worth anymore, and if I ask for the littlest bit more meat; they say they have to charge me for double meat when it’s not.
They were very fast.
Subway is amazing, they have an amazing selection of subs at reasonable prices. You can get anything on a sub or wrap of your choice, you can even get a sub of the day which honestly can be life saver when your short on cash—they have coupons which also makes life easier when you're hungry and just want a bite to eat. You can combo it up with a drink and a cookie or a drink and a bag of chips—tiny of course. I wouldn't recommend any other sub place.
Very clean. Located inside Mac’s Milk & Variety with no dining area..strictly takeout. Still, products and ingredients very fresh. Server pleasant and professional. Able to accommodate a keto diet. We’ll be back!
The girl who made my sub basically threw everything together! so sloppy and loaded with lettuce but put like 2 toppings for the rest! Also squished the bread and when i got home and opened it up...everything was falling out and looked like it got run over by 5 cars! TERRIBLLEEEE
