Kenzy and Alyssa did a great job with our catering menu last week. I called on 7:30 the day of our trip to White Lake and they were able to complete our three sandwich tray and cookie try in time for our lunch. We had plenty of fresh cut veggies and condiments for our subs. These ladies were friendly and provided excellent customer service.

This one is at White Lake. Always get good service. The staff always keeps things moving without rushing customers. All items seem pretty fresh.
There was a new guy making my sandwich, so I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt. After he argued with me on how my sub that I have been ordering for 25 years was made, I asked for the manager. This little guy had such a bad attitude. which he undoubtedly got from the manager. Come to find out, he was wrong. He also kept touching his glasses while wearing gloves to make my sandwich. Won’t be back here. Calling subway because of the managers attitude.
The employees are not wearing face coverings and they are talking all over the sandwich meats, cheeses, and vegetables. When I asked if they were supposed to be wearing a mask, the answer was "I wear one when I can stand it. Not what I want to see or hear with this COVID-19 epidemic! I walked out!
Not good, employees was sitting in car came in to take my order did not wash hand just made order an took my money an both went back outside I thought what the hell so disappointed so I didn't eat that food.
Online order was wrong and I sent an email, and quickly it was answered. Gave me a free sub for my trouble.
Use to be good when they first opened up. Went downhill fast since then.oh well...one less place to eat in already a small town.
Was just in here taking pictures of my truck that was outside when the older white lady yelled at me to stop taking pictures, I guess they must have something to hide, this location lost two customers and I will call corporate soon.
