I love coming here. Staff is very friendly and always good to talk to Recently though ive noticed that the product hasnt felt or tasted as fresh. Pickles a little bit more sour than usual and the bread slowly getting harder each visit. Still love it here though

While visiting Family in Courtenay, I went into this Subway location to order some sandwiches. The tall young man that was working there that day Aug 24th, at dinner time, had his back toward me. Not once did He look back and acknowledge me as a customer. I stood there and realized He was too preoccupied to serve me and turn around, so I left. I have been to many Subways and never have I had this kind of experience. Needless to say, someone else got my business all because you did not take the time to turn around.

Mikayla who works here is the bomb or the cats meow whatever slogan you prefer. Service is always fantastic. Very friendly staff. Make sure to ring the bell when your sandwich is perfect !
