Ordered through the application and went in while subs were still being prepared.nThe employee preparing my crispy chicken sub shorted the portioned amount, taking a large piece away upon second glance, leaving one half of my sub with little to no chicken.nI ordered the meal and explained there were app issues and it didn't let me select the milk option for my wife, which I left in the additional notes option of the app, I was told the app was wrong and milk was an additional surcharge.nnI personally will think to opt for other restaurants in the future due to this experience.
This gas station Subway is the best Subway I’ve ever known! We ordered two and a half party platters with specific allergy instructions to be ready at a specific time and they nailed it! The order was perfection. Also delightful service.
I ordered a sandwich and asked for it to be toasted, it was barely toasted, and the sandwich was soggy. I was excited about trying the new crispy sandwich but this place killed it for me. The crispy chicken sandwich was a disgrace. The employee working there, a younger gentlemen, he was very arrogant and in a rush to make my sandwich when there wasn’t even anyone else there buying the food. Will not be returning to this location, period.
Was just into the Subway on Cedar Lane and Taylor Road at the Shell Station. Got a 6” multigrain stale bread with the least amount of meat ever 2 of the turkey, 2 ham and a broken piece of roast beef I asked for lots of 2 kinds of sauce they were very sparse. Would not recommend or go back again. The last time I got one on Wellington and it was amazing. Not sure if inexperienced or just cheap.nTerry K
Employee is rude and does not change gloves. She went back to making sandwiches without changing her gloves after cashing someone out and handling cash. I'm not a germaphobe but that is DISGUSTING.
