My 2 daughters and I were first to be served I showed my 2 for 1 Subway coupon to our server and my daughter continued to tell what she wanted on her sandwich. Another server came to help my 2 family members they also showed their coupon. At this point the server said, " That we could not use more than one coupon if we are together". I simply stated that we are family, but we came in separate vehicles and were paying separately. He disregarded what I had explained and turned to my family members and asked what they wanted on their sandwiches. One of my family members at this point turned to me and asked, "if we were able to use the coupons". The server who I assume was the owner interrupted and said , " No and not to listen to what I had to say". I got offended and gathered my daughters and started to walk to the door. The server yelled and said, " We hadn't paid for the partially finished subs". I said, "If we are unable to use our coupons that we would go to another Subway that would". He started to yell F*** you repeatedly. We left the store. My children who have never experienced this type of behavior from anyone were very shocked. I myself own and run a business and would never treat my customers like we were treated. I hope you handle my complaint with great importance and use this situation to better educate your franchisees.

Very friendly staff, great sandwich artists, and prompt service. The restaurant is also kept clean and the staff show their willingness to make your day brighter. From personal experience, I came into this restaurant one morning after a particular rough day before and the staff member picked up on it. This staff member, of their own volition, decided to help make my day brighter by paying for my sub out of their own pocket. It's acts of kindness like this that show the staff of this restaurant actually care about their customers.

Our Artist was training someone and appeared to be efficient and patient with her, while still managing to produce our food in a timely and correct manner. Great location

It's a Subway! Well run franchise locstion. Friendly, quiet staff. Always a good deal when you have coupons.

You're likely not surprised to hear that great customer service really boils down to taking care of customers, and providing them with a 'WOW' 👍🏻👍🏻 Deserves more than 5 stars 🌟....
